Today I finally bit the bullet and decided to start a blog. My pastor Austin Gardner, who is also my boss, has been trying to get me to start this thing for a while now.
The purpose of this blog is to give ideas on how to be a better 2nd man, or assistant, or chief of staff. I can't say that I am always the best 2nd man but I definitely want to be.
I have learned a few things while working with Pastor Austin Gardner that I think will be of some help. I am also on the look for ideas that will make me more successful at what I do. With this blog I will attempt to get this information out to you on a regular basis.
